Relay respondent experience

This is the respondent app for Relay.

Surveys are accessed via dedicated links, typically of the form /s/<surveyId>. Once wired to your distributions, respondents will land directly in their survey rather than on this page.

For local development, open a URL such as http://localhost:3000/s/trx-nps-checkout after seeding a survey via the client console.
